C21 CONSULTANCY

WHAT WE DO

Conflict resolution and transcendence as well as assistance through trauma, discreetly and intelligently managed by experts in the field. All situations are approached thoughtfully, methodically, sensitively and professionally. Most issues can be addressed whether corporate or personal, political or religious, yet in a totally unbiased, non-sectarian and non-judgemental manner. Genuine empathy and a search for understanding from all parties concerned is our key to the start of constructive discussions. We always and only seek to resolve any conflict through solely peaceful initiatives and we always monitor and assist in the ongoing relationship process with the sole aim of sustained peace and goodwill between all parties. Our results speak for themselves.

ABOUT US

Due to the sensitive nature of our work and in the vital interests of all party discretion and confidentiality, we are unable to publish personal details or images of all of our associates and collaborators. However, needless to say, we are able to provide full information relating to relevant personnel, privately, at the time of initial consultation.

Our principal partner, Richard Courtenay Cripwell, Diplomatic Negotiator, has been with C21 since its foundation in 1997, and his work has taken him to many parts of the world. At home in the UK, he is often engaged by official agencies such as the Police, HMPS, the NHS and other Government departments, to assist with his expertise. He works closely with all clients and consultants to ensure that he is fully appraised of all pertinent knowledge prior to applying his skills in any situation. Richard is renowned for his gentle and understanding demeanour in listening to and observing all parties’ views without being judgmental in any way, often formulating resolutions which were previously deemed unthinkable. Indeed, Richard is often noted for his naturally calm and methodical approach, even amidst extremely stressful circumstances. Richard is a helicopter pilot, an author (under various pseudonyms) and a composer of music but, above all, a devoted father of three children. In 2022 Richard was awarded the Honour of Platinum Champion through Her Majesty the Queen’s patronage of Royal Voluntary Service for outstanding service and dedication to crisis and welfare over the previous 20 years.

At C21 we work very closely with a number of highly skilled professionals with whom we have built meaningful and productive relationships over many years. These consultants include doctors of psychology and psychiatry, educationalists, business and “fresh thinking” strategists, experts in the field of cognitive behavioural therapy and, crucially, conflict and peace theorists. One of our key consultants is a world renowned professor of sociology, specialising in development and civilisation.

OUR IDEOLOGY AND OUR MISSION

It is our firm belief that all people have the fundamental human right to feel happy, safe, valued and appropriately rewarded whether in their workplace (wherever that might be), at home, at school or within any other organisation. We believe in mutual respect between all parties, open and honest dialogue and a basic, common desire to make things better for all.

Part of C21’s task is to help inspire others as to our belief that it is better to affect and influence in positive light, through kindness, wisdom and understanding rather than any party merely trying to gain further power, superiority or control.

The majority of C21’s work is instigated through referral, recommendation or personal introduction. However, we endeavour to respond to any direct suggestions that our expertise may be beneficial in a particular situation.

Building bridges through dialogue is not only our mission. It is our purpose.
